How It Works

Our process involves several key steps to guide students towards their future success.
Step 1
Communication

Contact can be initiated by Future Leaders Collective or by an interested organization.
Step 2
Observation process
Meeting with administration team. Student interviews. Site Visits. Evaluation.
Step 3
Partnership Agreement
Solidify the partnership with a clear agreement outlining roles and responsibilities. Select students will engage in workshops to receive guidance towards their goals,identiy and college and career exploration.
Step 4
planning And Scheduling
Establish a clear roadmap for implementing partnership programs.
step 5
Implementation and Collaboration
Launch the partnership programs and maintain a productive working relationship.
